Economics
The Matrix Machine has a lower capital cost than
a large incinerator and is significantly cheaper to operate. Being modular
it can be sited, installed and operating very shortly after delivery at
any site where infectious waste is generated. A dedicated site where air
pollution concerns need to be addressed is therefore not required. Thus
in appropriate configurations the unit can be moved from site to site.
The machine is comprised of a series of off-the-shelf components including shredders and a fine clearance mixer developed specially for this type of material. The environmental and economic features give the Matrix machine a substantial advantage in the market place whether it is made locally or overseas.
