Machines utilising the process can be designed to fit into available space which
need not necessarily be oblong in shape. The unit pictured is about the
size of a shipping container excluding the delivery chute.As there are no emissions to the atmosphere a machine
can be sited inside a conventional industrial building or set up as a sealed container discretely sited near a hospital
service area. In either case this is significant advance over any competing
technology.
Machines need to be designed specifically for the available area and are not available "off the shelf."
A machine is fully automated and the operator
can be seated to access 2 or 3 controls with process data supplied by an
adjacent mimic board. It is operated under programmable logic. Waste bins
and process chemicals are loaded hydraulically, pumped or by gantry.

Some special steels, including stainless steel,
are used in the machine to resist chemical action and in shredder cutting
